Gulru F. Ozkan is a doctoral candidate in Operations Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Her expected completion date is May 2008. Gulru holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering. She is currently teaching her third semester of the undergraduate management science course (MGT 2251) at Georgia Tech.

Gulru's research and teaching interests include knowledge management and knowledge transfer, technology management, new product development and innovation management, organizational and behavioral elements of operations management, and optimal control of dynamic systems.

She is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences (INFORMS), the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS), the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI), and the European operations Management Association (EUROMA).
